Please read the product titles and descriptions carefully. It is important to make sure our products match your devices before purchase. 

 

Postage

We offer free postage within Australia. Please make sure to verify your postal address before checking out. 

For urgent matters, you can also request for Express Postage. In this case, there is an extra $10 cost for 6 (or less) items per order. To receive Express Postage, please add ‘this item’ into your cart. For orders with over 6 items, please contact us for a postage estimate. 

We do not ship to addresses outside of Australia. 

 

Shipping

Usually, orders will be processed and shipped out from our facility within 24 business hours after payment is cleared and colour advice is provided. 

Packages are dispatched via Australia Post, from Melbourne, Victoria.

 

Return Policy

There is a 30-day money back guarantee. Items must be returned to us in full with the packaging. Please contact us for instructions on how to return items. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error on our part (you’ve received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). To prove an item is incorrect or defective, sufficient proof (e.g. photos, videos, order confirmation email, etc.) is required to be submitted to us for verification. 

As delivery is through Australia Post, the damage that may happen during transit is out of our control. If your item is damaged at arrival, please contact us ASAP to arrange a replacement or a refund.  

Although shipping is listed as ‘Free Postage’, we have to pay the postage of all sent items. Therefore, if a customer changes their mind, purchases the wrong case by mistake or provides the wrong address, it is the customer who has to cover the shipping postage for a refund or an exchange. 

After the returned items have been received in resellable condition, the refund will be processed ASAP. There are two refund options available: 

  1. Store credit: The customer will get an equal amount of money in store credit which they can use any time for future purchases. No restocking fee will be charged with this option. 

  2. Money back: The customer will get money as a refund that will be credited to the account the buyer used for payment. Refunding to PayPal is relatively fast (most cases instantly), while refunding to credit cards can be slower and may take 3-5 business days to settle back into the account. Please note that depending on the quantity of the items of the customer’s order, they may be charged with a restocking fee which is 25% (or more) of the original orders value.  Restocking fees will not be charged for low quantity orders (e.g. less than 3 items). 

Explicit postage will be excluded at refund.

There is a three-month warranty on the products sold on our website. Please contact us if you have any issues with your products.
