Please read the title and description carefully and make sure our product matches your device before purchase.



We offer free postage within Australia. Please verify your postal address before checking out.

You can also request for Express Post for urgent needs. In this case, you need to pay extra cost. For 6 (or less) items per order, please directly add this item into the cart. For more than 6 items, place contact us for postage estimate.

We do not ship to addresses outside of Australia.



All orders will be shipped within 24 business hours after the payment is cleared and colour advice is provided.

Packages are dispatched via Australia Post from Melbourne, Victoria.


Returns Policy

30 days money back guarantee. Items must be returned to us in full with the packaging. Please contact us before returning any items for instructions on how to send the item. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). To prove it a defective item, sufficient proof (e.g. photos, videos, etc) is required to be submitted to us for verification.

Although the item may be listed as "Free Postage", we have to pay the postage to send the item. Therefore, if the buyer changes his/her mind or buy by mistake, or the buyer provides wrong address, the buyer has to cover the shipping postage for refund or exchange.

After the returned items have been received in a resellable condition, the refund will be processed ASAP. There are two refund options:

  1. Store Credit: the buyer will get equal amount of money as store credit which he can use any time in future purchases. No restocking fee will be charged with this option.
  2. Money back: The buy will get money as refund and will be credited to the account the buyer used for payment. Refunding to PayPal is very fast (almost instant), while to credit card can be slow and may take 3-5 business days to credit to bank account. Please note that depending on the item quantity of the buyer's order, he may be charged with 25% (or more) of order value as restocking fee. Restocking fee will not be charged for low-quantity orders (e.g. less than 3 items).

Explicit postage will be excluded at refund.

As the item delivery is done by Australia Post which is out of our control, if unfortunately the item is damaged or not working at arrival, please contact us ASAP to arrange a replacement or refund.
