As we can't control AusPost's exact delivery speed, if it is still within the estimated delivery period, please be patient and wait for a bit longer. - Doesn't fit my device: from our experience, it is most likely caused by the client purchased the wrong case which is for some other devices. Please find out your EXACT device model and fill out this form with your device model info to arrange a swap. This FAQ page gives some tips on getting your exact device model. Samsung devices can cause quite a bit confusion. Some customers can easily get confused with iPad Air and iPad Air 2 as well.
